Two points of view about the invention of the car.

The car invention is something that has been a historic thing and every day is progressing more and more at the same time we are depending every time more in this. Even may be the greatest invention of the last 120 years. But, there is always to sides of the topic.

First, the invention of the cars has bring to the people a lot of positives option, sometimes you do not  notice but is a transport that helps you a lot in case you work with It, for example to transport heavy items to a place. However, there are people that leave far away from the city, and every time they have to go there for work or a formality It is necessary to get there at the time.

 According to the last thing ,  the other side can be mentioned, I do not refer only a car, because we all know that buying a car is not easy, they had a huge prices besides the gasoline you had to spend in. And this would reflect one of the worst things about this.

However, the invention of the car brings at the same time negative things, like the huge pollution that this brings, cars are one of the first element that cause global warming, even in some cities there are more cars that people. Moreover, the Car also, is transforming every day more in lazier persons, because instead of using the bike or walk to a place, we prefer to go by car of taking a bus.

To conclude, is important to mention that car is a great invention of all times, but with this brings a lot of bad things this is related to all the consequences that technology give to us, like weakness, make the life easier and depending of this.  

Technology is dominating us!

We all know how much we use the technology every day, to do all daily routine, for seeing the weather, chatting with friends, work, etc. But we do not stop and think in the pros and cons that this massive use of technology brings to our life’s.

There is no doubt that we are all day surrounded of technology stuff, like computer, machines, cellphones or electrical appliance. And every moment, there are new and better because always are update. Plus, in the future there will be more and more. For this reason this is becoming more prevalent to every person and the world in general.

Now, it is important to mention the good and bad thing around this topic.

In the first place, there are good things of the technology and that we use it to keep connected in an easier way. For example, if you have a family that live out the country, the social media can let you keep in touch with this person in a fast and comfortable way. Also, this allow to have an easier life, all the technology is invented to make the life of the people less complicated, for instance, in the old days people used to wash the clothes by hand and dry it outside, waiting all day for this to be dried up. Now, you can have a machine that make all that work for you, because the washing machine make your clothes clean with no necessity of human intervention. As well as, they create another machine that dries your clothes in fewer hours.

Nevertheless, this also brings bad things, because technology makes us every day lazier, by cause of that all the machines are doing the work that we used to. Nonetheless, we can found more bad aspect of this topic. I already mention that social media helps us to connect with people that are far away for us, but this at the same time separated from the people we have close. In other words, there are people that pass all the day at their phones or computers, and forgetting about their family or talking with them, for example there are people that pass all the dinner at the table on their phones, not speaking to each other. Or even worst going to their rooms to be at the computers. 

Conclusively, is important to say that is true that technology is really useful and makes our lives easier. But at the same time we are transforming every time more dependent to these things, such as, at the contemporary there is not a person that does not have a phone. Besides, we are closing in an artificial world that manage us and every day we are converting more dependent of this, keeping away the important things in life, that sometimes we forget, instead we prefer to be pending of a small equipment that controls our life’s.

Enviroment Pollution

 Nowadays pollution is something that all we have to live every single day. Every time there are new invents that affects more the environment. However this is not a recently problem, this has been in a line of increase. This factor has become so serious that the State has created norms in relation to this. But, aware from the public preoccupation, this problem is very dangerous, even the people have started to worry about their situation on earth. Therefore, pollution transforms in a problem that people are becoming increasingly aware of, because this is a theme that involves all of us and for our fault the earth is sick.

On the one hand, the environment is very important to people and It is obvious, because we breathe this air and If we contaminated, we are killing ourselves. For that reason, people start to worry more about the planet they are living, for example taking care of recycling, not throwing papers to the street or even using renewable energy, like solar panel. Despite, there are some things that people would keep doing that pollute. Using the car is an option, people won´t stop to using It because they need to transportate, but they can replace It by using the bike or public transport. Besides the industries also started to worry about this topic, producing ecologic car which they are charged not by gasoline that is what contaminated, at list they are charged by electric energy. 

And in the other hand, being a ecology persons is difficult, because the stress life of working do not have time left to be It. For example, to be able to recycle you must have time for separated the garbage and go to a place to throw it away, and sometimes there are not near centers of recycling. Besides the solar screen are very expensive, and not is something that everybody can have access to. In spite of all this problems, every time there are more people that worry about the pollution and make all they can to find a solution to this problem.

To summarize, is important to say that pollution is something that involves all of us and we have to work every day to find more solution, because the damage is done, and the only option is to not increase It. People figure out that this is a theme that we provocate and involves our life’s and the life of the people after us, so now is the time to improve this, there are a lot of option and everyday people are discovering more solutions to this huge problem.

Living in a remote area.

Living in a remote area can make a person's life rather challenging because all will transform in something difficult if you can´t have a fast or easy access to the basic services. If you live in a remote area, first the transport is something that you must fight every day, because there are a few ways to transport of a place to another. For example, there are one bus that can take you to the center because if you want to buy something there is not a near place to buy it, so the only option is to go to a supermarket, that takes you 30 minutes to get there. Also, this bus don´t pass 24 hours, the last comes out at 9:00 pm, and in the case you take more time in something you have to do, there is not option to come back home, you have to stay at the place you went or be dependent of a car. Is important to mention that where the bus live you, you must walk more to your house. Therefore, this affects a lot the life of a person that lives in a remote area, because most of the time you lose interest of going out or sometimes you just can´t.  A second point, besides the transport, is the basic services like electricity or the use of the drinking water, this is the fundamental thing you must have, the lack of this element, produces the creation of wells where you can draw water for the daily use.
However,in this type of places an important fact that affects the people is the healthinessthat is very limited, for the same lack of clean water and an important thing,the rats and insects, this is a big problem, like in the countryside becausesometimes can be a mouse in your own house or an insect pest, and thiscomplicate more the situation because you must be being in constant cleanlinessof the place. Butafter all the bad thing, there is something this type of places has that is thetranquility, even all the difficulties that are presented, it doesn´t compareto this relaxing place, away from the traffic, loud noise or contamination. Ilive in a remote area and despite all the bad thing that present, the good aremore. Nowadays i lived at the city for the studies and I pass all the weekthinking of going back to the tranquility of the remote area I lived.

Key concepts in ELT: Evaluation

This work, apart being short and well organized, and has a list of references that validate the author’s arguments and researches; it doesn’t do very good things to a normal reader or a beginner student.

This is because is unpleasant and it drives the attention of the reader. It uses difficult words and concepts and the students have to read it more than once to understand it, even when is short. It doesn’t use quotes in the right form so the references are useless.

However, the subject of the text is interesting but first you have to have some knowledge about this, and this is a good theme to write an essay.  At the final paragraph the author tell us that the subject of the investigation is still in its infancy, but that we have to investigate more and more for the relevance of the matter. 

The last paper I read

The last paper I read was “social question and popular protest”. The teacher that recommended was the one of Social history of Chile. I think he gave us this text because is about a theme that is important in the social history that is the “cuestion social”, so the text make a lot of sense with the matter of the class. Also, this text shows all this part of the history and the importance of it. Most of the reading I enjoy it, the only thing is that the text is long so in parts I get a little bit bored and I lost the idea. But in general, is a good text, interesting and with a lot of excellent information.

Besides, related to my career I would like to read more about the social work and the beginning of it. Also, the social work in the military dictatorship because I’m really into how the social work came out after a long repression.

When I had too much to study I tried to do all on the weekend and if I can´t I distribute the texts on the week. Sometimes I don´t sleep because I get studying but that happened when I had to read too much or when I get lazy on weekend so I let all to last minute. 

My future study idea.

Nowadays I´m in my first year of studying Social work because the social area always has been something that interests me a lot. Besides the fact to make a social change on the society is the central focusing of this career, so first of all that´s the reason that I’m studying and also why I love It.

If I had to think in a study research I don´t believe that in this area (Social Work) it´s more like project to work with people. In this case, my research field is Psychiatric and the principal point is the reinsertion of people that has been rehabilitated of a psychiatric hospital and went out of there and wants to start a new and kind of normal life, for example getting a job, house, etc. Also orient they like to be in this society. 

I´m really interested in this area because, first of all I always like the psychiatric theme, I’m really into this people because they had been categorize like bad people, like crazy and they are always looked down on even not knowing them. I don´t like the prejudices that the people treat them. I think they are really interesting people that ones they had been rehabilitated they can do a normal life, obviously they had more cares but not for that they have to be treated different. 

I think this contribute to my study area because one important thing of Social Work is to improve people to tell them that they are able to be someone on this society....
